Ordering
All of our prices are in USD (US Dollars) unless otherwise noted. If you are in another country, then your credit card company will convert to your local currency for you. If you need to find out the exchange rate, please check a local newspaper or bank.

Due to credit card restrictions, we are only able to accept orders placed on the website.
Inside the USA:
The current laws in the USA, allow us to provide tax-free ordering in most states except for NY and a few others.
If we are shipping your order within NY, we will need to collect sales tax. If you are in NY and have a resale # or tax exempt #, then you can register and account and then mail in a resale form which we can approve and add to the account.
Outside the USA:
We do not collect taxes on International. International customers will pay tax and tax related charges when the order enters their country. Please check with your local government.
Minimum order:
USA customers: $100.00 USD.
International customers: $250.00 USD.
Re-orders can be as little as $25.00.
Shipping confirmations are usually emailed the same day that the order is placed unless it is a weekend or holiday. If you did not receive the shipping confirmation, then please check your junk or spam folder. Inside that email you will see the tracking number with a link to check the whereabouts of your package.

How much are shipping costs and delivery time?
We can ship to any address in the world. Most shipping services do not deliver on the weekends and many national holidays and also does not count those days as transit days. We don't take responsibility for any delivery delay of orders once they are picked up by the carrier. Delivery times are only estimated and usual delivery times. Remote areas may take longer than estimated times.

We try to ship orders placed Monday thru Thursday by 3:00 pm EST the same day and orders placed on Friday by 1:00 pm EST. Orders placed during on holidays or the weekend are queued to ship on the first working weekday when we re-open. Orders are filled in the order that they are placed. It is important to include an accessible phone number on the order. This can speed the processing in an unexpected instance should we need to contact you regarding the order.
We have Express shipping in the USA which is not guaranteed overnight. Shipping and delivery time varies by delivery service, your location, the day of the week ordered, holidays and weekends and other unforeseen factors. If you must have the product the next day, then we suggest calling and placing the order with someone over the phone during business hours. There is a Next Day delivery service that we have access to for phone orders, please note that it is more expensive than Express..
We can drop ship an order that meets the minimum quantities and minimum order amount. It is important to put the correct credit card name and address into the "Bill to" section. In some cases, additional information may be needed since we are not shipping to the credit card owner.

For USA orders, we generally use USPS & UPS. For international orders, we use UPS, DHL Express and the Post Office depending on the country you are in and the level of service chosen. Once we ship your order and email will be sent to you with the shipping details.

In summary, we always advise against waiting to place an irder that you know that you will need. While our production timeline may vary slightly depending on factors like holiday seasons, we can typically fulfill most order sizes within approximately give or take four weeks.
Yes. Since there are many fraudulent orders placed on the Internet, for your security and ours, we take precautions and use verifying procedures, which we can not disclose. When an order comes in with an alternate address, verification may delay the order. Sometimes, our fraud protection department immediately approves the orders and other cases, we will need to call or email you (in these cases, it is important to check your messages respond to them as quickly as possible). Sometimes an order shipping to another address is not approved. If the order is not approved, we will notify you the moment that we know. Once you are an established purchasing customer for over 90 days, we can usually ship to other addresses within reason (certain checks and verifications may still be done.)

If you can not find a particular style, that you know that we have carried, when browsing the website, we are most probably temporarily sold out. If you know the style number, then you can enter it into our search and then when when going to it's page, you can choose to be notified once they are back in stock. This usually does not take more than 3-4 weeks except during holiday time. We try to anticipate usage and are usually able to have a good amount of stock necessary for each season.
The silver plating is genuine silver plated over alloy. There is an anti-tarnish coating which protects the silver products from tarnishing. Use, perfumes, hairsprays, storage and time can cause the anti-tarnish to wear down but even in that case they can be cleaned with any silver cleaner. Plating has gotten to be so good that we almost never hear of issues.

There are two ways that customers secure tiaras with rings to the hair:
1. By inserting a bobbie pin through the rings and securing it to the head.
2. By tying an elastic fabric from on ring to the other and letting the fabric hold onto the head.
Most of the products are made in China. Although, some are still made in the USA and other countries, the majority is now made in our China plant.
We only use the highest quality crystal. Our reputation is important to us. Until the year 2010, most of the product was using Swarovski Austrian Crystal. Today, the quality of crystal has improved greatly where there are many crystal companies making the same quality that we used before 2010. There are also lower qualities available, which we do not use. It is clear in our product that we are only using crystal of the highest quality.
We don't sell plain metal comb parts. We only sell finished combs and product.
Returns
The jewelry is lifetime warrantied for manufacturing defects. If the jewelry is broken in another way (not a manufacturing defect), we can usually fix them without charge as well. If you have received a product with a problem, then please write on a return paper the following information:
- Invoice Number.
- Name on the invoice
- Style number of the product with a problem.
- What the problem is.
- Let us know if the box delivered in perfect condition?
- What you would like done.

Warranty
All items are lifetime warrantied for manufacturing defects for as long as you own the product.
Easy Returns
Time frame:
Items in their original condition and packaging are able to be returned within 30 days from receipt for a refund less a 15% re-stocking fee. If they come back later than the 30 days return period, there will be a 50% restocking fee. No returns past 60 days will be accepted. We do not refund freight
Condition:
Product that is returned other than in it's original condition, shows sign of wear or not in it's original packaging will be refunded less a 50% re-stocking fee. The packaging of the item, must not be torn, cut, written on or bent out of shape.
Defects:
A returned item due to manufacturer's defect, will be replaced if returned within 10 days of receipt, in it's original packaging and shows no sign of wear. Otherwise, it will be repaired at no charge. If a refund is requested for it, then the appropriate restocking charge fee will apply.
Non-refundable:
Sale items, special order items and components (such as stones, etc.) are not returnable.
Minimum order effect:
Rhinestone Jewelry Corporation is a manufacturer that sells wholesale. In order to maintain the low wholesale prices, most styles have a minimum order quantity. Returns which result in customer retention of less than the minimum for a style will incur a 50% restocking fee.
Ship the return:
Just include a copy of the invoice and write a note on it of what you would like done and ship the package insured to the address below. We strongly recommend insuring any return and packing them well as we can not take responsibility, if we do not receive the return or if it comes in damaged. If a package is returned without instructions it will be treated as a request for refund.
