This company never disappoints! I bought this a few months ago and the quality was perfect. They don't feel or look cheap and the shine isn't anything close to dull. I wish they sold AB rhinestones chains though. The shipping was also very fast, I believe mine was shipped the same day I ordered and at my door 2 days later. The customer service response time was very fast and they were very polite and forward when I inquired about a custom design. In my opinion, it's very hard to find a company like this with good quality products and good service.
