Plated in Sterling Silver with a comb on each end. 1 5/8" tall. fits all size heads. Each piece is individually wrapped in plastic.
I bought this tiara for a pageant. It is dazzling. Sparkles like sunshine on snow crystals. You shouldn't buy from anywhere else. Seriously!! Oh and EXCELLENT PRICES too!!
